WELCOME TO RJN THERAPY.

Let’s work together!

Hello, my name is Rhiana, and I practice as an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, online and in-person.

I believe therapy is an opportunity to discover the inner truths that can often escape us.

My therapeutic stance is integrative/existential. I focus on the client’s sense of agency, as well as their attachment orientations.

I like to think of therapy as an unformed path, that the client and I work on each session. The aim is to co-create clear, therapeutic goals, that will help to elicit change.

Client Testimonials

Sara*, 28, London

“I am so thankful to Rhiana for her help during a tough time. Rhiana is an amazing and supportive therapist. She listened to me thoroughly and gave me unbiased responses, allowing me to come to my own conclusions. She gave me a safe space to discuss everything that was going on in my life and helped me feel a lot better during a difficult time. I always looked forward to my weekly sessions. I couldn’t recommend Rhiana enough.”

Alina*, 33, Vienna

“Rhiana is a professional and patient therapist. You can instantly feel safe with her due to her non-judgmental ways and her way of seeing things from a different perspective.

You can make a lot of progress with her. With her guidance, you feel like you're finding your own solutions”.

Saoirse*, 26, London

“Rhiana was an amazing support for me. She was kind, a good listener, and took my requirements on board and always incorporated that into our discussions. I was particularly impressed with how she was able to string particular events from my life together and identify the underlying issue, things that I had never considered could have been linked. By helping me to identify the issue underneath, Rhiana has enabled me to move on from therapy by helping me to understand my feelings. She provided me with better skills to deal with difficult emotions. I’m very happy that I decided to start therapy with Rhiana, and I would highly recommend her to anyone”.

Malai*, 25, Nottingham

“Rhiana has provided a safe space to explore my thoughts and feelings. I feel more confident to navigate them on my own now and continue my healing process.”

Lily*, 24, Exeter

“I was quite reluctant to try therapy. I’ve tried many different avenues; CBT, counselling and some natural style therapies, but I didn’t find any helpful. I had become cynical. I was convinced therapy wouldn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know about myself.

I started seeing Rhiana a year ago, and my mind quickly changed. She approached each session in a way that acknowledged my emotional awareness, but helped me to see correlations in behaviour and join the dots.

A year later, I am super grateful for how far I’ve come, and my therapy with Rhiana is a huge part of that.”

Eric*, 21, Leipzig

“Working with Rhiana has helped me deal with and ultimately overcome things I have struggled with for a long time. She has helped me by providing a place to discuss difficult experiences, thoughts and encounters; whilst making me feel understood and safe to voice my opinions.

I now feel more confident in myself, and I have changed my outlook on many things as well as myself. Which ultimately improved my life immensely.”

Kelly*, 30, London

“Rhiana is an amazing therapist. The best I’ve had, and I have had multiple therapies. I appreciated her ‘use of self’. I liked Rhiana as a person. She appropriately implied that she cared about what I was saying and had my best interests at heart. She displayed perfect use of confrontation when needed. She also provided psychoeducation and advice when relevant. I will remember what I learnt from our sessions forever. She helped me take accountability for my errors without shame whilst being supportive and empowering. She has an amazing knowledge of attachment theories. I would have her as my therapist forever if I could”.
