    Sometimes the process of therapy is a short one. Perhaps you’ve experienced a setback that you can’t move on from. You want clarity, understanding, and a non-judgemental place to reflect.

    On other occasions, therapy is long-term. However, the goal is to end therapy at some point.

  • I integrate attachment theory, existential phenomenology and some Gestalt practices.

    This means I look at how your attachment styles influence your ability to live authentically.

    During in-person sessions, I sometimes use role-play exercises to understand how you relate to others.
